If you would like help finding a counselor, here are some resources:

Better Help (www.betterhelp.com) offers online counseling.

Psychology Today’s website (https://www.psychologytoday.com/us) has a “find a therapist” feature.

Postpartum Support International (PSI) offers a provider directory feature (https://www.postpartum.net/get-help/provider-directory/) as well as connection to volunteers who could direct you to local support groups (https://www.postpartum.net/get-help/locations/). PSI also has online support groups (https://www.postpartum.net/get-help/psi-online-support-meetings/) and a peer mentor program (https://www.postpartum.net/get-help/peer-mentor-program/).

If you are looking for a moms group in your area to find support, many local churches host MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) groups (https://www.themom.co/home). You may also be able to find other mom support groups, including support specifically for mothers who have had multiple babies at once (Mothers of Multiples, Mothers of Twins), by doing an internet search. Calling a local church may also be able to point you in the right direction.
